From order to delivery at a glance

Inspected products are packed and dispatched in sequence every weekday.
- 07Delivery to Korea
Sea delivery from Guangzhou to Korea usually takes about four days and may vary with local and vessel schedules.
- 08Exchange and refund policy
We check the quantity and basic condition before dispatch. Wholesale sourced items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind, poor sales or incorrectly selected options. Please contact us immediately after delivery for wrong items, missing quantities or serious defects that could not be identified during inspection.
Delivery guide
Once products arrive and pass inspection, RUEE dispatches them according to the customer’s selected shipping method.
Ship as items arrive
Items are dispatched as they arrive and pass inspection without waiting for other products. Even one ready piece can be sent.
Ship all together
If items are pending or need exchange after inspection, we wait until the remaining items are ready and dispatch them together.
When items are delayed or exchangedIf an exchange or arrival delay occurs after inspection, choose whether to receive the items already ready or wait for the remaining items and receive them together.
Delivery chargesIf you choose to ship as items arrive and the order is split into multiple dispatches, Korean domestic delivery charges may apply to each dispatch. Ship all together sends the order once everything is ready.
